All works completed to a high standard and the total cost of the repair was less than I imagined considering the emergency response. We contacted Nayburs via Google at about 9.30pm on a Thursday night after we had water coming into a bedroom during a storm. Looking at the roof a tile had slipped leaving a gap. Got a reply almost immediately and Pat and team turned up the next day to have a look. We already knew the roof needed to be replaced in the near future but hoped to get away with a patch. Pat got me up the ladder and showed me just how bad it actually was and explained why it couldn't be patched in a manner they could guarantee. Lifting tiles showed rotten battens (crumbled to the touch), rotten, crumbling roof lining and loose ridge tiles. It was a 60 year old roof but looked unlikely to last the week let alone the coming winter. We bit the bullet and agreed on a new roof. I'd normally get a number of quotes for this type of thing but was quoted a fair price. Nayburs had the gap covered and secured, and scaffolding, skip and materials ordered the same afternoon. And started work the next day. All through the process Pat and the team were professional, tidy, on-time and sent videos of all the work they had done each day. Any question were answered immediately, day or night. We're very happy with the result and would heartily recommend Nayburs to anyone and, in fact, have already done so!

We contacted John after finding JPR online, we had issues with our roof in our London town house. I already had 2 quotes from different contractors but I wanted to have another one before deciding. John was very reactive and came on site quickly, we identified all the problems and he provided me with a quote under 3 days. His price offer and warranty was the most competitive, before signing the quote I asked if I could take some references from his existing clients. This was no problem, after calling everyone I signed the quote and a week later the works started. His team was very organized and discreet. They finished the repairs on time and provided regular updates on the works. John always communicated rapidly and clearly. They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. October 2024 I contacted this company to fix the guttering on the back of the house because it was leaking after it was installed last year and was really getting me down. John and Steve checked the guttering and found it had been installed terribly. They also checked my roof and showed me the videos. It was in a really bad state due to wear and tear. First used Obsidian Roofing in October 2024 for our son’s new roof which they did excellently. So there was no need to consider another company to do our house roof repairs. He quoted fairly for what was supposed to be a minor repair but unfortunately when he started taking off the tiles he found the felt was all rotten and the wood batons were rotten too. We ended up having new membrane and batons for the whole roof. As we live in a conservation area we cannot replace the tiles without planning permission. So Naher managed to find reclamation tiles from a place in Scotland and we live in London but it was no trouble for him to sort it all out. We had been looking for spare tiles for years and no roofer could find any before. He and his team had a massive job on their hands but he organised it perfectly and did the job in 10 days. They worked so hard even using torches as it got dark early so that no rain would come in overnight. And to top it all they jet washed the drive and patio at no extra cost. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

I came to know of obsidian Roofing Ltd through recommendation by a solicitor neighbour after I was let down by another roofing contractor. obsidian were professional and reliable throughout. This contractor produces videos and photos to demonstrate what work has been done or needs to be done because many people cannot go up on a roof to check! I have since used obsidian Roofing 3 times to replace tiles, repair valleys, rebuild the verge and lay felt a flat roof. I have seen from obsidian Roofing how roof work should be done and what others have done wrong! obsidian saved me money with free advice enabling me to do some work myself even though I offered to pay them to do it!

Definite recommend - we had a challenge on our hands with being in a conservation area, parking inaccessible location, righting the wrongs of previous builders works and a very wet start to 2024. I am very pleased with the work MP Roofing Services completed. We had a leak through a flat roof which was coming through to the ceiling below. Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly.
