Great location next to Sunbury Weir, the roar of the water complimenting the garden overlooking the river. Perfect place for a pub meal and a drink on a summer's evening. Lovely walk up and down the river to walk the extra delicious calories afterwards. The rooms are quaint but well appointed our room with a four poster bed and balcony overlooking the river is lovely. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Charming old school pub. Servers are always friendly and chatty. Beautiful in the summer on their rather beaten up terrace. Kid and dog friendly. Erdinger on draught, more like er-banger as its a great pint.

Cruising reviews of some of my favorite places I’ve stayed in the past and this is definitely one of my all time favorites! Warm thoughts and great memories of my many visits. I wish Teresa and Matt continued success and thank you from Charlotte NC. Hopefully Teresa will remember our NC home roots we discussed years ago. I also remember the dogs wandering around.

Lovely pub-hotel right on the water. The room was small but had everything that we needed. It was clean, comfy bed and a great view of the Thames. Breakfast was nice and not too early.

The chap who booked us in and managed breakfast was one of the best customer service people I have met. Very friendly, easy going, made us feel at home. He kindly arranged a late breakfast for my wife who did Parkrun at Bushy Park. The breakfast was good also. The rooms are fine. Not great but nothing to complain about given the price and the location. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. We ate dinner there on the evening before and that was good quality and price as well.
