Went here for breakfast! Food was good, portion size was great! Would definitely go back! Also loved the Halloween decor 🎃🧙♀️
First time visiting and they didn’t disappoint. Excellent food and Service. The Starter’s were the size of a main meal in some pubs - I had Creamy Garlic Mushrooms and my Husband had the fishcakes. I then had sirloin steak which came with a large portion of mushrooms, lots of beautiful thick chips, onion rings etc. my Husband went with the Mammoth Mixed Grill which came on a big oval platter😳🥴 all the food was well cooked the way we requested and couldn’t fault a thing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat most of my chips and onion rings so they were kind enough to put them into a takeout tray for me(I would normally just leave them but these were too good)This pub was an excellent find whilst in the area. They offer a good varied menu to suit all tastes.
Saw the place while passing so stopped in, party of four plus two dogs. We were warmly welcomed, staff were friendly, food was freshly prepared and came quickly. Plenty of parking and inside area space to accommodate dogs. They have a part of the menu especially for vegetarians. I'd definitely recommend stopping here and would come again if in the area.
