My daughter loves all her tutors and the staff at this centre. Communication and customer service is great as well as the access to additional learning through their portal and ability to track your child's progress. The flexibility around moving sessions, even at the last minute, is also really beneficial.

I would like to say that the Sydenham team is amazing from Senisha, Aaron and the test of tutors have been for me and my son the best help, since he started in the Sydenham center his improvement has been incredible, knowing the current challenges he faces the team has welcomed him and made him feel special thanks you all, I really recommend the center no just for the friendly and considered staff but for the professional and well plan the program that can be tailored accordingly to the children needs. I have no bad words to say about the Great Team at the centre. My son has been going for about 7 years, (14 now) and still enjoys it. He has great relationships with the tutors & centre Manager. Who is lovely always offering advice, help and support. Always feel relaxed & upto date with his progress as I was worried he would wonna give up now a teenager. Recommend highly.

Excellent and good value supplement to your child's 11+ learning. My daughter began attending Explore Learning from May 2024 for her exams in December/January. She attends a two hour session on Saturday which includes a group tutoring. This sets a good discipline of a dedicated learning time for my child. All sessions are easily rescheduled on an online portal. All the tutors are so competent and warm. I really appreciated that they tailor the tutoring to your child - for example, areas of weakness identified from practice assessments. They had a useful booklet for creative writing with prompts for writing exercises. These are a godsend for parents who are preparing children for high- stakes exams at the 11+. I also want to commend the Centre Leaders Sanesha and Aaron in particular. They made time for progress meetings regularly and go above and beyond the role - for example, checking in with me on my child after a particularly frustrating assessment. Sanesha is a personable, approachable and inclusive leader who parents can feel at ease with. Sanesha and Aaron embody the noble qualities of teaching and are purpose driven. In addition to the in person training, Explore Learning also have an online portal for your child to study at their own pace. Very helpful for learners who are self-motivated and love learning. Highly recommend and I will be bringing my younger children in 3 years time.

We have been a member of this centre for over 10 years. The current centre manager, Sanesha, is always so friendly and helpful. She and her team makes the effort to know each child individually and create a friendly environment and a great centre to learn in. They also provide regular meetings to discuss my child's progress which is also really helpful to know. I highly recommend it if looking for extra tuition for your children.
