I wanted to to say a massive THANK YOU to The Eleven Plus Tutor in Essex, in particular, James who prepped and taught my son for 2 years and this week, we finally received the results we were hoping for. My son obtained one of the highest scores in the Kent test and a high out of catchment score for the CSSE. James and his team were always supportive throughout our 11 plus journey and I can not thank you enough.

My daughter studied for a year in the eleven plus tutors. James provided all round preparation including English, maths, creative writing. His YouTube videos were also very helpful both for me ( to understand the topics, study techniques) and my daughter. She has been offered a place in Southend grammar school. We are very pleased with the result and thankful to James and his team for their guidance.

My son attended weekly tutoring sessions with James. We were very happy with the service. James provided clear and detailed guidance on how to succeed in the CSSE entrance test. He has given regular homework with materials which were perfect for the preparation. My son really enjoyed the tuition too. He eventually secured a high score on the test. 11+ Exams 2024: Our child got outstanding results - thanks to James and his team, we achieved CSSE score over 390, guaranteeing us a place in any of Essex schools out of catchment and had equally strong results outside of the borough. We highly valued James's style of teaching, which is natural for the kids to follow, and his robust curriculum of homework that compliments the lesson time. The team is strongly looking at using AI in the teaching process and built web tool that auto generates essay topics, grades the essays and provides feedback on how to improve - cracking the most complex exam skill to master.

Through the summer before year 6, the team runs a set of high quality mock exams, that come back with scores, relative rankings and writing feedback, and all competitively pricing and on pick and choose schedule.

My daughter did really well in the exams! She got 328.5 in the csse paper! And she got 378 in the Kent test! She did fab and we are so proud of her!

I just wanted to say thank you so much, she really enjoyed coming to your tutoring and she learnt well, had discipline in the work required and it wasn’t overwhelming. She found the review of the past papers really helpful and the weekly homework was the perfect balance.
