Had a problem with a Diverter Valve for valiant boiler. Pete came on time and assisted on replacing the valve and adding a new thermostat. We also got a free servicing done. All filters were cleaned out. Job was done professionally and satisfactorily. Thanks Pete for your help.

Our boiler started playing up. Hot water issue. We dealt with couple of boiler engineers. Issue kept repeating once every month. Then I called Pete. Turned up in couple of hours. Identified the issue immediately and sorted the same without changing any parts as it doesn't require one. The call out charges is what I paid. On seeing the boiler make and its reputation, he suggested a change of boiler at the earliest, which I felt correct. On my request, he quoted for a new boiler and its full installation. I shopped around and got 6 quotes for three different brands of boilers. Finally found his quote was reasonable. I accepted the quote. In one go, the boiler was fixed with 10 year parts and labor guarantee from the boiler manufacturer. Now my house is set for next 10 years worry free heating days. Yes. sometime it is difficult to catch him immediately. But it is worth to chase him to get things done.

Pete and his team provided thoroughly professional service and replaced our boiler thermostat. They explained what the issue was and talked us through how to use the new equipment. I would recommend and will use Pete again in future

Called Petes services today for a problem we had with the heating system coming on, when the thermostat was switched off. They came out straight away, and resolved the problem, which was due to a valve in the boiler seizing up. Problem was solved within 15 minutes at a great price, and great service. After being messed about by 2 other companies, I phoned Pete and he turned up the next day (Saturday) to look at our faulty boiler. He recommended a new boiler as ours wasn't working and 18years old. He recommended which boiler was suitable for us and then fitted it the following week. Payment was made after a week of having the new boiler fitted and that we were happy with it. Can't thank him enough for the work he did, Would highly recommend to anyone.
