Elis from Home Comfort Assured is an outstanding Plumber. We had several complicated heating issues that Elis attended to and resolved quickly and efficiently. He took time to explain why various things had failed in our heating system and presented clear and understandable options on how to proceed. Not only is he an excellent and knowledgeable heating engineer, but he really cared about ensuring that we were happy with what he was doing, and he spent all the time that was necessary to resolve some complicated problems so that we were not left without hot water or heating. He stayed quite late to fix things but did not charge us for all his time, caring more about customer service than profit - so rare these days. He is my go-to plumber from now on, as I have not come across anyone better in over 40 years and I can recommend him highly to anyone who wants a great plumber/heating engineer that can be trusted to do a great job quickly and efficiently.

Elis is very professional arriving within his ETA . Explaining exactly what he is going to do and then carrying it out. Supplied & fitted a replacement bathroom basin tap plus two isolation valves. Reliable & very pleasant. Top plumber & heating engineer.

Elis has done a great job with a variety of plumbing jobs three times for us in St Albans. Fixing taps, installing a new gravity-fed shower, sorting a leaking external pipe - he's been great and we've always been pleased with his service. He does a great job too at explaining what he's doing and why and making sure we're happy with it. Definitely recommend.

Elis replaced our boiler, which had reached the end of it's economical life, together with a reworking of the way the radiators and underfloor heating are connected and controlled. Elis really understands how a modern system should be put together. Quite a tight space to fit everything in, as we still wanted space to store the vacuum cleaner and retain shelving. Polite, knowlagable, and very helpful. 5*
