This review is only for Matt who came to H. Close NW11 to fix our heating and hot water this evening 27th of September at 7pm. I normally dread the company employees, as most who previously worked here, were rude and disrespectful. Matt however was polite, kind and respectful, and for that I appreciate him. I wish he would be the only one sent to my flat. I wish the company would provide training to all employees, although they should know how to conduct themselves. Thank You Very Much Matt. Vera B.

Great service I got from Hall and Randall. I called them for an emergency and they managed to get someone out the same day and do a repair. Also called them back to fix some radiators and look at our heating and both the plumber and heating engineer were lovely. Thanks again! Definitely recommend

I have used Hall & Randall for over 35 years for plumbing and heating works. This week I needed a plumber urgently and, although busy, they sent someone within an hour of my call. That's what I call great service.

Sam from Hall and Randall came over to service our Quooker hot water tank and he was amazing. Good sense of humor, talkative and skilled as well as clean at his job. I would recommend H&R for Quooker maintanance, better availability compared to Quooker themself and decent price too. Recommend for sure.
