Everything was explained clearly and I was able to make an informed decision about the situation. Callum fitted my new boiler within a few days and was also extremely professional, hard working and reassuring. I’ve used Avenue Heating a few times to repair my old boiler, and they were always great. When the old boiler finally stopped working, we decided to install a new one with them, and everything went smoothly. Few days ago, our new boiler had a fault, and they responded very quickly and came yesterday. The issue was a condensate pipe blockage, which was causing the problem, and they fixed it straight away. We needed to replace a 30yr old boiler. The job was assessed by Ellis clarifying what was needed and what should be additionally considered. The items were individually costed and similar to other quotes we had. The work was done by Ellis giving continuity and he dealt with any issues very competently with minimal disruption to our own schedule including him having to work late on one occasion. Thoroughly recommend the service and we would happily use Avenue Heating again.
