After discovering our Boiler Service company don't deal with central heating as a whole, contacted Tony and were lucky he could come that day. Sorted the cause and not just the symptoms. Organised to minimise overall timing and fixed previous 'unknown bodges' which gave us additional options. Pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Definitely would use again.

I had a major issue with my boiler, Tony was incredibly helpful when it came to advising on possible ways to fix it, or replace it. It was obvious the best solution was to simply replace it. Was initially impressed with Tony's knowledge of electric water heaters and simple building rules and regulations! I was actually recommended a totally incorrect hot water system by another plumbing company last year - even though I reminded them that I was in block of new build flats, I'm relieved I didn't go with that company! because they would've installed a system which would've pumped boiling water out into the communal pipes! Tony was a breathe of fresh air! I put in a web query and he answered pretty much instantly and through emails and a few phone calls I was assured with his knowledge. So we ordered our cylinder with a deposit, and a week later he emailed to say it had arrived - on the scheduled day we were up and running with a new cylinder, just a few days after my initial query online! quite impressive! I would definitely recommend Tony's plumbing services!

After having a gas leak from newly fitted pipes caused by a major gas company, I was recommend to Tony who came out the same afternoon to locate the leak and replace the pipes. Excellent service from start to finish - thank you so much!
