I called Dynamo 24/7 as I and my neighbour had non-urgent but annoying overflowing rainwater gutters & rainwater pipes to the soakaway. They arrived dead on time, were friendly & very helpful, assessed the problem and agreed it could be sorted out within their standard 1 hour call-out charge. They cut & flushed all the roots and silt out of the underground pipes to the soakaway and left it all running smoothly. The left the site all clean & tidy too. No problems with heavy rainfall since! Great work!

We changed plumbers part way through a house Reno, Marcus was super knowledgeable and professional, picked up previous plumbers work with no hesitation, moved the boiler to the new location within a day, shortly after leaving the job that day we spotted a tiny leak from previous works fittings notified Marcus immediately and he was straight back to us within the hour! Fantastic service after an evening call out to Marcus. Our radiator had come away from its plasterboard fixing causing a leak and potential for more damage. Marcus was with us very quickly to me the system safe and leak free. We will be calling him back to refit the radiator once I have have reinforced and plasterboarded the damaged wall.

Our boiler gave up suddenly and of course this happened in December. Alban Plumbing and Heating went out of their way to accommodate us and replace our old boiler with a combi boiler. They worked non stop despite repeated offers for tea and biscuits and delivered ahead of schedule. They take great pride in their work and also made sure everything was working and tidied up before leaving. The work was done to a very high standard. Paul the gas engineer was fantastic. Hardworking, knowledgeable, great at plumbing, brickwork, electrical, and boiler install. Kept the place clean. Very happy with everything he did. Gills (Will) were great to deal with as well. Not the cheapest, but quality staff are worth paying extra. Worcester Approved Installer, while others were not. “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.” Will use them again for my bathroom and kitchen projects.

Billy and the team have just finished renovating our bathroom. The communication was excellent from start to finish and the work carried out to a fantastic standard. I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received from Adam and would definitely recommend him to others. We were in a difficult situation with no heating or hot water and he came out promptly to assess the issue and moved his work around so he could start the next day. He and his colleague completed the complex work in one day (another company had stated it was 2 days work for 2 people) and gave a good price. He communicates well and is easy to get hold of. His 'can-do' attitude was very reassuring and he was very organised with ordering the parts required and the removal of any scrap.
