I first reached out to Jamie, at Ashgas Heating and Plumbing, during a middle of winter, heating related emergency. He was so supportive and reassuring that I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Recently, Jamie replaced my failing boiler and I have been delighted with the end result. The service he provides is swift, honest, thorough and he takes the stress out of what could otherwise be an ordeal. It makes a huge difference to find someone who genuinely wants to help and provides an outstanding service. I would absolutely recommend!

We have used Jamie for multiple jobs ranging from radiator fitting, sink plumbing, boiler service, fixing water tank and installing a new Hive system. He is very reliable and is very honest and doesn't overcharge or push for work that does not need doing. I called Jamie after another gas engineer failed to turn up for an appointment. I wanted an old inset gas fire removed and a new one installed. He came the next day. He's was very efficient and competent. He did a wonderful job. I would recommend Jamie to anyone wanting a gas service. I'll be contacting him yearly to service the gas fire.

Made the right decision calling Jamie, he diagnosed my old failing boiler and installed a new boiler for me. Also asked him to quote for a water softener which he fitted today - very happy with both installs and I’m fussy. He likes a tea, a chat and Jammie dodgers.
