Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. We contacted Walsall & Lichfield Pest Control when we identified we had some mice friends visiting our factory units and despite being busy they were happy to send somebody out to assess the situation within 24 hours. We explained our requirements for any rodents to be dealt with humanely and they were totally understanding & professional, explained how their poison works and we immediately knew they were the company for us. Their prices are fantastic and the installation of the bait boxes and the follow up visits have all been excellent too. We have COSHH file on site which they complete for us so we don't even need to worry about dealing with the paperwork site to ensure we are compliant. Highly recommended!

Arrived following day and got rid of our wasp problem which was hidden away in a difficult to access area. £50. No separate call out fee. One visit did the trick. Highly recommend.

Had a wasp nest removed by Richard. He was extremely professional and was with us within 24 hours. He took his time to talk us through what he was doing and very conscious we weren't to close or could get stung. One visit sorted out issue but had a follow up call and promised a revisit of it was needed.

Can’t express highly enough the service provided by Rich. We suggested that we might have rats and was with us within 3 hours. In fact, we had a magpie stuck in the chimney: Rich identified the problem and was able to rescue the bird and set it free. Had a wasp nest on my property, they were getting in and out through a hole in the brickwork near the soffit. Called ACP and arranged a visit for the next day, professional and knowledgeable he treated the nest and said it should be neautralized within 48hrs or he'd do a free retreat. Next morning there was no activity from the nest. Cheaper and a quicker response than Wolves council, would defiantly recommend and use again.

Sorry for the late review. We had an active wasp nest in our single storey roof. Please do not try and eradicate one yourself as we tried to. It didn't work and we got stung! Called Aries Pest Control who booked us in and within 1 - 2 hrs of the treatment, they had all but disappeared. They were very angry at being sprayed but it did the trick. Brilliant. Will definitely call again if we have any more.

Dave arrived when he said he would, was polite & knowledgeable, made sure he dosed all of the entry points (of which there were 10 of them high up along a large stretch of exterior Wall where the roof tiles meet) and didn't leave a mess. Wasps one day, none the next. Would definitely recommend 👌

I live in Codsall had so much Wasps around the house and mostly the kitchen got worsen everyday. Anti-Pest Prevention came once then twice , still no hope. Because unclear picture as to where these Wasps were coming from. However, Anti Pest Prevention did not give up. Thirdly time lucky they managed to find where the Queen nest has been held. May I say” I do admire these gentlemen for their dedication , integrity , hardworking and respect towards customers . Every-time their came in with a smile and willingness to help . Had to call Steve again to sort out a wasps nest. He came at really short notice (on a Sunday) and sorted the problem immediately. This is the fourth time I've needed him (wasps seem to love my house!) and he has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
