We recently had a wasp’s nest in the shed, a friend of mine recommended using the Pestmaster. I gave them a call we booked him in, they arrived on time, soon sorted the problem out. I thought they was very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

What a professional company, I've had an ongoing problem with rats at my commercial premises which numerous other pest control companies couldn't sort out until I called the Pestmaster, treatment started promptly and the results are clear to see. Can't recommend highly enough.

Wayne and Sarah closely work with myself for our office and there skills, communication and ability is great! They are approachable with any issue and are always willing to talk and discuss options. They have a great attitude's with standards and legalities and would prefer to give someone the correct standards for the correct pricing than be like other companies which only do bare minimum and with high costs such as others well known companies. I am so happy that I came across Stop that Pest, who provided an immediate quote on the phone and then came out the same day to resolve the problem. Craig the operative who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, always polite and professional throughout his visits and always explained what he has done and intended to do on the further visits. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front. We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Very professional. Rates disappeared after 10days of treatment. They followed up the situation until complete clearance. Reasonable prices for 3 visits and fast response.
