Really happy with this service. Came out on the same day initially to treat a wasp nest. Around 2 weeks later some wasps had returned but someone attended on the same day again to treat the nest.

Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. Wayne and Sarah closely work with myself for our office and there skills, communication and ability is great! They are approachable with any issue and are always willing to talk and discuss options. They have a great attitude's with standards and legalities and would prefer to give someone the correct standards for the correct pricing than be like other companies which only do bare minimum and with high costs such as others well known companies. We had a swift and helpful response to our initial enquiry from PGH Beegone who arranged for Locky to visit. Locky was very thorough and efficient. He dealt with the problem but also analysed the cause of the problem and then embarked on painstaking prevention and proofing work. Highly recommended.

Lockie came out on a home visit to sort out our mouse problems as we live in a rural area; he identified the issues advised us clearly and provided quick and effective solutions with a friendly and expert manner - I cant recommend him highly enough.

Locky was a lovely friendly man. Excellent extensive knowledge on rodent control. He gave very helpful advice and did a really thorough inspection of the house and garden. No sales pressure but lots of reassurance on his ability to help.

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Called Will to deal with a problematic flying ant's nest outside our home which was causing issues internally. From the very first call, Will was so knowledgeable and a total professional. He offered excellent advice over the phone, has been out to our house a number of times to oversee the progress of the treatment and has provided lots of helpful advice over text too - such excellent personal service that you will not get from the larger companies. I would not hesitate in recommending Will.

Was recommended from a friend, gave Will a call and he was out to us within a few days to help us with our rodent problem. He was really helpful and useful with laying down bait traps. We haven't had any problems for weeks now, I would recommend Will, he's a lovely guy too!

I'm so glad I stumbled upon Stop that Pest. I had an issue with a wasps nest outside my children's bedroom window which was causing serious issues. My Mum had a wasp nest in her roof. Craig gave me loads of useful information over the phone and because it was January told me it was likely that the wasps would be dead and he would simply be removing “rubbish” and so gave a reduced price from his full fee (someone else I phoned didn’t mention this and was going to charge me double the amount of Craig’s full fee!). Craig came round that same day and checked the situation. The Queen was still alive but Craig still removed the nest for the same reduced price that had been agreed and also put down some treatment for some cluster flies which he found in the loft for no extra charge. Craig is friendly, thorough, helpful and very reasonably priced. We have used other wasp removal people in the past and Craig is by far the best we have come across and the cheapest – we will not be using anyone else in the future that’s for sure.

I am so happy that I came across Stop that Pest, who provided an immediate quote on the phone and then came out the same day to resolve the problem. Craig the operative who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, always polite and professional throughout his visits and always explained what he has done and intended to do on the further visits. He meticulously investigated what was going on and then baited the loft space appropriately (where environmental health would not). Over the next few weeks, he rang me several times to check the progress. He always stuck to his word, and was well worth the money, and as such I have full confidence in recommending to family and friends. The only regret I have is not getting him in sooner.

A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company
