Sean was amazing. We called after seeing rodent in the garden. He came out a couple of days later to inspect. Unlike other companies i have used previously, there was no charge for the initial inspection. Sean was polite, insightful and could not have done more to reassure us. A fantastc small local business. Would completely recommend his services if required. What a lovely man.

Great communication. Michael has been friendly and helpful throughout. Kept in contact to ensure we got to the root of the problem! We had failed attempts with another pest control company - so highly recommend! I used Mike from innovation pest control because I was concerned that I may have bed bugs although I had not seen any but had been bitten and only explanation I could find was bed bugs as I had not been anywhere. Mike came and looked around my home but could not see any signs of an infestation but as I was very concerned that I had them I asked him to treat my home as a precaution .. He did 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and I am now happy to say that if I had bed bugs I should be free of them . Mike was an absolutely lovely man who talked me through all things bedbugs and what I could do to help eliminate them with also me having the treatment even though he thought I did not have them it was peace of mind for me . I cannot express my thanks to Mike and I would highly recommend him for anyone found in a similar situation.First class company 👍🏻😊

They were persistent in trying to gain access another way, but did not succeed. He went over and above his line of work and would definitely recommend him to everyone with a pest issue. I started hearing noises underneath my kitchen units, so called Goodwin Pest Management and they were able to get someone out to me that same day. Simon arrived and found mice were getting in around an old pipe. 3 visits later and hole sealed. Since then, we have had no more activity. Very professional and personable service, would use again if I had to. Highly recommend!

I called Goodwin Pest Management out as they are local. They were great on the phone putting me at ease and helpful and sent someone out the very next day re rats in my eves and walls. Great service and even better results!!! I contacted the company to help resolve an issue at my elderly parents house. They contacted my parents directly and arranged a visit. We thought there were rats in the loft but it turned out to be mice. Ben, from Goodwin, made a couple of quick visits and my parents haven't had an issue since. Would strongly recommend their team for any pest control. Very friendly and helpful team!!!
