Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. I'm used to being let down by businesses not coming out when they say they will and not even bothering to communicate this. Therefore reliability is appreciated. Sean turned up when he said he would. He was approachable, warm, friendly and down to earth, both in person and over the phone. He went above and beyond to help me which was greatly appreciated. Absolutely Amazing! We had a serious rat problem with the critters nesting in our ceiling and walls. From the initial call to completion, Pest Tech was fantastic to work with. Liam and Matt quickly pinpointed the entry points and provided additional valuable advice on managing the nearby fences and bushes to prevent further access for the rodents who had settled in our home. After just four visits, the rats are completely gone, and it’s a relief to finally have a peaceful home without the constant worry of damage being done in the walls & ceiling. We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. Thursday summer evening and starting the barbecue I notice a smell coming from deep in the nearby hedge. On inspection a fox had got itself caught in the fence between mine and neighbours garden and sadly departed this world. With friends coming for garden party on Saturday, I was needed to fix. I called Folkestone pest control at about 7:30pm, who arrived 8am the next day and by 8:15am the whole episode was just a memory. Super professional. Garden party was an odorous blast too.

The team at Folkestone Pest Control are so responsive and helpful. We have been unlucky this year with a wasps nest and most recently a rodent but both times John came out the same day, dealt with the issue quickly and gave us lots of advice as well as answering all the questions we had. John also went above and beyond by advising about some traps which had been laid nearby our property by another party that were not legal and we have been able to ask the party to rectify it immediately – we wouldn’t have known about this otherwise. Thank you!

I had a wasp nest in the corner of a dormer window, I had other companies visit and they told me it was impossible to get to. This company saved my bacon, straight away they had and can do attitude, they were determined to find a way and when they had found a technician with the necessary equipment to do the job they arranged for him to come out on a Saturday so I wasn’t kept awake by the wasps any longer than necessary. Absolute superstars, don’t use anyone else!

I used Mike from innovation pest control because I was concerned that I may have bed bugs although I had not seen any but had been bitten and only explanation I could find was bed bugs as I had not been anywhere. Mike came and looked around my home but could not see any signs of an infestation but as I was very concerned that I had them I asked him to treat my home as a precaution .. He did 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and I am now happy to say that if I had bed bugs I should be free of them . Mike was an absolutely lovely man who talked me through all things bedbugs and what I could do to help eliminate them with also me having the treatment even though he thought I did not have them it was peace of mind for me . I cannot express my thanks to Mike and I would highly recommend him for anyone found in a similar situation.First class company 👍🏻😊

Great service by Nate, fast (same day), effective and very reasonable on price! Wasp nest treatment in our front hedge and advice on swarming bees in our back garden. Nate was very polite, professional and educated, he talked me through the treatment/aftercare and this was also detailed on his invoice which was really handy. Called in Nate of GEM Services as it appears we had rodent issues in our loft. Nate came out very quick and took a look and quoted us a price. I cannot recommend GEM Services enough as he attend our address many times to ensure that we finally got rid of the rats + mice and did not charge us a penny more. Lovely bloke and excellent service. Hope I don't have to use him again but have his number saved. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Lucks Pest Control, very responsive to my first enquiry and was out within 24hours, treated our property for rodents within 2/3weeks of treating the issue. Didn’t charge for coming out to investigate the issue then made recommendations and gave us options to treat the issue. Very happy with the service provided. Hopefully, I won’t have to use Lucks again but if I do, he’s on speed dial now!
