Merv is a master of his craft and a lovely guy to boot. He delivers superb service and excellent advice. He has recently dealt with a problematic hornets nest and then also a wasp nest. Both were done quickly, successfully and at a good price. Also, he’s a lovely guy.

I called, and within an hour Mervyn was outside, 30 mins later the wasp nest was treated. Two days later it is dead. I know the hour' wait was exceptional. I've used Killtech for clients rats, mice, bees and wasp infestations - they are great. No hesitation in recommending.

Great service from Killtech, I couldn’t get through by phone as busy but got a text immediately asking for details. Calling late Friday I expected to see a visit in a week or two but we were visited by 1800! Swift, friendly and efficient service and competitively priced, with it made clear if there were any issues they’d return free of charge. Will recommend locally

We had a visit from Ryan today, He was very professional, on time & friendly. He quickly spotted the problem and reassured us it isn’t as bad as we first thought. He saved us A LOT of money, We are first time buyers so this is very much appreciated. Highly recommended

On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted. Definitely now firmly on my call-out list and top of recommendations to friends and family.

I had moles making a mess of my back garden so called urban pest control. The service was very efficient and professional. John was very knowledgeable and provided good advice…. I would definitely recommend. Hopefully I am now mole free and they won’t return.

Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

Discovered a wasps nest in my loft, called Frank, amazing service. He came to inspect the issue far quicker than I expected, was very friendly, courteous and had the problem resolved in no time at all! All this on the hottest day of the year, especially in my attic. To top it off, one of my three dogs is usually wary of workmen and seems to be a great judge of character, she wasn't in the slightedt bit timid of Frank and loved the nice attention he gave her. I'd highly recommend his services if needed.
