We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. So I was very happy to have Paul treat the house properly and to have things explained to ensure this treatment works!

He arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the situation clearly, outlined the treatment plan, and answered all our questions patiently. The treatment was effective and we haven't seen any signs of rats since. We highly recommend TPD for his prompt service, professionalism, and effective solutions.
