I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. We were losing all faith in the industry when we were referred to Abbotstone Pest Control by someone who had a similar experience. From Mike's first visit it was clear that we had found someone who would solve our problems. Mike is incredibly thorough, he comes with years of experience and know-how but doesn't assume every case is the same and invests hours assessing the problem and looking for the root cause rather than a quick fix. We knew our problem wasn't ever going to be an overnight fix but once we found Abbotstone Pest Control and had Mike working with us, we always had confidence that it would be rectified and we were always thankful for methodical and transparent approach. Each visit was action-orientated and when we needed to bring in other contractors for drainage work Mike worked closely with them to ensure alignment. In situations which are obviously stressful and upsetting to have around your home, Mike is very reassuring and empathetic and works through the problem with you - providing you with a clear explanation of where the problem is coming from and how to fix it permanently. If you're unfortunate enough to require a pest controller, that least you're fortunate enough to be reading Abbotstone Pest Control's reviews and have found the right place to rectify your issues.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Explained everything clearly, said would come back to redo at no cost if found necessary. Very grateful for the quick, efficient and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

11/07/24 22:00 We found a wasp nest in the roof space at home. Emailed the company and got a prompt reply from Sean within 10 mins! 12/07/24 10:00 Sean attended. All sorted. Wasps/Nest no more. I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. He also followed up with advice on how to remove the smell. A very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company

We contacted HWPC for a potential issue with rats in our garage. John replied quickly and came out the same day, he was supportive of the situation, quickly confirmed our suspicions and offered the best advice on how to deal with it. John was clear regarding pricing and effectiveness of varying options, laid traps and sealed our garage up that day. John also came back a week later to check in. John went above and beyond our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material. Communication was great and he proved very knowledgeable and honest in his professional advice. We will surely use him when we decide to go ahead with this work.

Excellent service. We had a reoccurring problem with rats in the attic - Latham Pest Control were the only company to finally resolve the problem. They worked out how the rats were getting in, successfully got rid of them and advised on preventing their return. I am pleased to say that 18 months later - still no more rats!! We contacted AS Pest Control in early May because our garden and garden shed had become overrun with rats. At one point we counted nine rats on our back lawn. Andy is a friendly and personable gentleman who did a thoroughly professional job. He visited us the day after we rang him , explained his methods clearly and set about his work with a minimum of fuss. Andy set up his secure , tamper-proof boxes and , importantly for us , reassured us that our family cat would be completely safe from harm. Within a few days our rodent ptoblem was eradicated and we have seen no rats nor evidence of rats on our property since . We thoroughly reccommend this company.

Don't bother with Rentokil and other so called pest removers. Andy called last night on time as promised, was polite and extremely professional and removed two wasps nests. Afterwards he took the time to explain the procedure. Excellent price and service. Please use and you won't be disappointed.

Cannot rate Andrew enough. We called early hours in the morning as we were in a panic and unsure what to do. He gave my partner plenty of advice even though it was early hours and then came out to us that day. He talks you through everything he is going to do so you know what's what. Gives you advice and tips to help. And also came out a couple weeks later to check on everything and to give us further advice so we didn't get the pest back. Absolutely brilliant service and fantastic prices. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou so much
