I had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Adam was punctual, very friendly and very skilled at his job. He was able to identify what was causing a scratching noise above my bedroom ceiling and to advise a solution to resolve the problem. He was able to identify the issue within 5 minutes of arriving at my property using his extensive knowledge and experience. A previous pest control advisor from a different company had not been able to identify the problem at all, let alone suggest a solution, this despite having visited on four separate occasions! After having identified the problem Adam was very generous with his time making sure I understood the issue and offering various solutions, but gently pointing me towards the best solution. I would highly recommend him.

Adam was super helpful in identifying the solution, coming back and checking and prevention. The report is extremely useful in highlighting where the rats had been and how to prevent against them. Adam offered great advice on how to deal with the problem going forward and couldn’t be more forthcoming in offering advice and assistance. Hopefully will never need pest control again, but i would 100% recommend!

Had a bed bug infestation starting in my flat and gave pest solutions a call. Adam was friendly, knowledgable and very flexible to work around my schedule. When a few bed bugs returned a while after the initial treatment Adam returned to provide 2 additional treatments to ensure the infestation was properly taken care of, would highly recommend
