I initially telephoned to find out if I could get keys cut. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I had 4 keys cut £6.00 each(relatively small request) but the chap who cut them could not be more helpful. Certainly would highly recommend.

Had an issue with rear external door. Contacted Veteran locksmiths and Murray came out a few hours later to address the problem. Parts were ordered and fitted within 48 hours.
