The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered! The chap was fast, friendly and customer centric and sorted my door within 10 mins so we could all go to bed and sleep easy! Thank you!

An extremely easy to give 5 star review. Dave is polite, friendly and well skilled. He was here when he said he'd be and did exactly what he said he would, supplying quality materials and good advice at the pre-agreed price. He even took the time to do something we hadn't asked him to do whilst he was here for no extra charge. Excellent stuff all round and highly recommend.

Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Parts had to be ordered but these arrived the next day and he came straight away to fit them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Dave arrived very promptly- within 20 minutes. He had all the best tools with him and I was in the house within 5 mins. Very professional service. No damage to existing locks and no need to change the deadlock system. Very impressed and grateful im house sitting for a mate so was up shit creek when I locked myself out.
