Popped in late on a Saturday, hat in hand with a broken exterior door latch not being able to lock, had the part in stock and offered advice going back together, even said to ring if I needed more advice. Great service, now my go to for any lock service. Thank you

Brilliant I locked myself out of my daughters house they came in 30mins and sorted out very quickly.

I phoned them up as I was locked. They came out with 5 minutes, gained entry and fitted anew lock. The old barrel was bent. All done in half an hour. Excellent job, I would highly recommend. Thank you.
