Steve came out v promptly on a Saturday when others refused. He was very patient & careful with a complicated job! Much appreciated.

Steve has helped me before, both in dealing with planned replacement and servicing of locks, and also in more urgent situations when I needed a problem sorted out urgently. This was the case recently, when he came at short notice to repair a broken garage door. He completed the job without any fuss and to a high standard and, as usual, was a pleasure to deal with.
