I phoned them up as I was locked. They came out with 5 minutes, gained entry and fitted anew lock. The old barrel was bent. All done in half an hour. Excellent job, I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Excellent service end to end. I called David because we were locked out of our house and we had some specific personal circumstances that I made him aware of. He was very professional, prompt and came to our rescue within 15 minutes. He was able to open the door and then replaced the faulty mechanism for us. His service was excellent, would definitely recommend him. Everyone locally must save his contact details in case of emergency. You never know when you will need good local service. Don't bother trying to ring emergency locksmiths, I tried before I called David and they were unable to help!

We approached Keywise Locksmiths to get three external door locks sorted out. It wasn't a straight forward job with locks swopped out, so there was an acceptable delay. Had a bit of an emergency situation and I called Timpson in a bit of a flap, Jamie was luckily fairly close by and arrived to assist us promptly! He fixed my granddad's lock in no time, and due to our emergency situation he only charged us for the lock, and not his labour! I couldn't recommend him enough, he solved our problem quickly and only charged us a pittance for his work - thank you Jamie! :)

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and I would recommend his services.

Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Arrived on time and replaced our front door lock quickly and efficiently. Also we showed him our back door which had not locked correctly for years, which he replaced as well. Very reasonable pricing and would definitely recommend.

Saturday am, ERA door lock faulty. Door only open from inside, nowhere has this doorlock or 2 day wait. Locksmith with me within 15mins of call. Fixes lock cost 65 quid new lock 70 quid Happy with that.

Really great locksmith - got to us within half an hour and managed to get us in quickly to our house. He was very respectful, clean and tidy, making sure our house was secure before leaving. Great value for money and we would certainly recommend him very highly. We hope not to need a locksmith again in the near future, but if we did, we would certainly call him again!

SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!

Excellent service. Called up for a replacement key for a roof box. Had found a suitable blank and had it cut quicker than I could get to the shop. This was not a simple copy but actually making the key for a particular barrel. The key works perfectly. Great service over the phone and in the shop, would highly recommend!!!
