The whole experience was a pleasure. They arrived when they said they would, got straight into the work, and when finished additional help and advise was provided. All the way through the process, it was explained what he was doing. And when finished everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended. James did a great job changing out a faulty ignition switch and also reprogrammed the gateway control module on my VW Golf MK 6, unlike my local VW dealer (Camberley) who showed very little interest in resolving the issue.

TWO FIRST CLASS REVIEWS!! I wish I could give Nikki and Graham 10 stars. Nothing was too much trouble. A quote for locks was given first of all before Graham came to the house. He suggested alternatives to save me money. Who does that these days? I got new locks on my doors. Graham and his team are coming round next week to have a look at my leaky windows and to fit security cameras. I had seen a glowing referral for Graham/Alert Locksmiths, from someone that I knew locally. The fantastic review definitely gave me the confidence to phone. Also Alert Locksmiths have a public facing building as well helped. Very honest and genuine. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially when it comes down to my security and peace of mind. Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. Keep up the great work guys!

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. These situations are usually so stressful but he made us feel secure again in our home - highly recommend.

Dave provides an A star service every time I have called him to sort out the locks. Dave goes out of his way to arrive promptly after every call I have made to him and comes across very professional and resolves every lock issues quickly. Absolutely brilliant couldn't recommend him more. Came out to fix the lock on my front door that had gone as couldn't lock it and he had it all fixed within 30 minutes and was able to cut me 2 new back door keys on site. Excellent customer service.

I called Dave when I encountered a problem with my front door lock. I had attempted to fix the problem myself but wasn’t sure that I had been successful. Dave answered my call very promptly, his aim to get to me as soon as possible. He kept in touch as to timings…. I found him to be a very likeable, polite and courteous man. Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come.
