From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly established what the problems were, explaining what needed to be done to get everything working smoothly again. He followed this up quickly with a written quote that we felt was of good value. On the day of the repairs, Eddie’s work was efficient and thorough and he took great care to make sure everything was secure and functioning properly, cleaning up at the end of the job. Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them. Eddie was prompt to respond and turned up on time. He adjusted 2 doors for us, replaced the gearbox and lock barrel on one of the doors. It was a great overall experience, I would highly recommend him.

Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!

Excellent service end to end. I called David because we were locked out of our house and we had some specific personal circumstances that I made him aware of. He was very professional, prompt and came to our rescue within 15 minutes. He was able to open the door and then replaced the faulty mechanism for us. His service was excellent, would definitely recommend him. Everyone locally must save his contact details in case of emergency. You never know when you will need good local service. Don't bother trying to ring emergency locksmiths, I tried before I called David and they were unable to help!

Excellent service. Called up for a replacement key for a roof box. Had found a suitable blank and had it cut quicker than I could get to the shop. This was not a simple copy but actually making the key for a particular barrel. The key works perfectly. Great service over the phone and in the shop, would highly recommend!!!
