I contacted Brian & Steven to do an emergency lock change. Midway through leaving an answer machine message, a friendly voice emerged from the phone line, and Steven said they’d be able to make it to us by the early afternoon. The team did a fantastic job. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local and reliable locksmith.

We had a front door emergency last week, I called this number as it was at the top of my google search .. a kind lady called Christine answered at 12.48pm, gave me quote/info and her husband Brian was here with me .. by 1.08pm!!! He changed the gearbox on door, serviced it, gave us an invoice and was gone by 1.28pm .. UNDER 1 HOUR = wow!!!!!! That is impeccable timing and outstanding service. Price wise, I compared to 2 other local companies and can confirm Brian & Christine charge the same as everyone else (it seems to be a “standard fee of around £70/£75 for most locksmiths call out fee). I can’t express enough how happy I was with this entire experience .. considering I was panicking at home with a new born baby and couldn’t lock my front door.. and needed to get out urgently for an appointment. My husband called CAP Security Locksmiths at around 10am this morning, explaining that we could not lock our front door. Despite having a very busy schedule planned, Brian and his son kindly fitted us in their day and were here by 2.15pm. Within the hour, they had fixed the issue. My husband and I also had a lovely chat with them that brightened a rainy day! They are very friendly, professional guys who charged us a very fair price. Their number is now stored on my phone should I need to call a locksmith again. Highly recommended!

We are happy to write a positive review for Lock-Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again, if needed. Our back door wouldn’t open because the handle was jamming. We wanted a locksmith from the local area, preferring someone running their own business and found Lock-Solutions. We liked the professional look of the website and noted the five star reviews and no call-out charge. On phoning the company, we got an immediate response from Wayne, sent him photos of the door lock and got a verbal quote a short time later. Although the problem wasn’t particularly urgent, Wayne came the same afternoon, which meant he worked through until early evening last Friday. Wayne is friendly and professional and we felt confident in his expertise. He identified the problem, replaced the lock mechanism and the door now works better than it has ever done.

I'm based, in Wokingham, recently broke my last copy of key for my main door. Found Lock Solutions on Google and spoke with Wayne . Luckily enough he had same day availability. He came over, changed my lock and did an excellent job at a fair price. Would highly recommend his services.

I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely! He phoned as soon as the new lock came in and fitted it very well. He was also polite and friendly. Thanks for your help! I would definitely recommend.

Wayne rescued us late on Friday afternoon when our front door locking mechanism jammed and we couldn't even close it. He arrived really quickly and sorted it straight away. Fantastic communication, fast, efficient, and friendly. Absolutely couldn't fault him. Highly recommend.

Contacted Croma Locksmiths Basingstoke when door lock had become unsteady and needed unjamming. Given date to fix quickly and he arrived on time. He described the problem after diagnosing it, gave us a sensible quote to fix and said would order new part. He returned to the office, found they had the part there, phoned us back to say he could return straight away and repaired the door. While explaining that he always checked all the alignments too I commented about another door having this problem. He volunteered to see to this too all in the same price. 2 troublesome doors as new now. Brilliant efficient service at a good price.

Amazing service. Let down by Timpson's visited these guys, they were quick, friendly, efficient, and handed me back a perfectly working key. They also straightened up my old key for me for free! Will be my default from now on. Thanks guys :)

Dominic arrived on time to fix a failing front door lock. Not only did he solve the issue to my satisfaction, he adjusted the door and fixed the letterbox too! Highly recommended.

I contacted B.E.N. Locksmiths (after finding on Google) to ask them to try to sort out a bifold door lock that was faulty. I booked a visit and Ben and Scott turned up on time, replaced the lock, identified the cause of the problem and fixed that also. They were polite, tidy and explained everything fully. I could not have been more impressed - thank you Ben!

I needed to secure 3 doors on a new property and a friend recommended BEN. A locksmith visited and discussed requirements then promptly followed up with an emailed quote which includedzz xx the more expensive option I had asked for. They clearly explained why a cheaper alternative was more secure (that’s unusual these days!). The locksmith arrived on the day agreed, efficiently installed the locks and left things clean, tidy and secure. Great service!

I needed a locksmith to change 3 locks for me - found B.E.N. on Check-a-Trade and contacted them to arrange a visit which I was booked in for a few days later. The locksmith was punctual, arriving at the time agreed, with a courtesy call half-an-hour earlier. Fantastic! Was told by local shoe repair shops that no-one would shorten straps but lovely man instantly shortened them for me. He patiently did so twice to get the perfect fit and all the while chatted to pass the time most pleasantly. Have been in the past to have horse boots adapted and have found everyone there very kind happy and helpful. Highly recommend.

Friendly, polite and professional service. Did a great job resoling my old but classic boots, very happy. Also loads of great shoe care products and advice in there, way better than anything you'll get on Amazon or similar! Definitely pop in.
