Each option or query that I had asked about on windows and doors etc were explained in detail which provided me with a better ability to choose the best solution. The fee was reasonable and work very clean and tidy. Decided on this local Locksmith and was not disappointed. After initial contact, John arrived well within a couple of hours and after finding out the cause of the jammed lock on our conservatory outer door, had to go off and get a new gearbox and lock for the door. He was back within an hour and parts fitted and checked in no time at all. Job well done by a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly guy. Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful and professional service. The service I received was first class, a rarity these days but this company are superb. Like most people that need a locksmith it was an emergency for us, John gave us some valuable advice over the phone before arriving at the house and had the broken key removed in a flash. He also adjusted the catch and lubricated the mechanism to make sure the door was in optimum condition. He even produced an engineer's report to help us recover the cost of the call out, which I might add was lower than you would expect! I'll be recommending ASAP Locksmiths to everyone!
