Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely fantastic service. We rang at 9am and Paul was here before lunchtime, managed to open the door and fitted a new mechanism which he had on board. Finally, a really reasonable price for the work. Cannot recommend highly enough. You have restored our faith in humanity!

The Windowman let me down and couldn’t or wouldn’t help with a 3 year old front door they supplied. Fortunately found South West Locksmith’s and Paul was absolutely superb -excellent communication and customer service.Will definitely use again(hopefully won’t need to) - and I’ll recommend to all my friends & family.

Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. Mechanism completely shot in it, Paul arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him, he had all the tools and parts to hand; job done in 10 minutes. Couldn’t fault him at all. Fantastic service, reasonably priced and quality work. Would recommend to anyone we know.

Great service, called up and arranged to come the next day. A quick hinge adjustment and our door is locking and unlocking smoother than ever! Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

Our front door lock broke on Christmas Eve (thankfully we were inside). We rang Christchurch Locksmith and at 8.30am wonderful Egis was at our front door fitting a new lock. The service and price were brilliant. And what a lovely man Egis is, he was so kind and considerate (took his shoes off to go through our house). We called Safelock Locksmith as we were not sure if he was the right person to come fix the door handles and latch, and window hinges. He came the same day to have a look and gave us a quote. He returned the next day and did the repairs. Fast, efficient, good workmanship. He treated my elderly parents with respect. I would highly recommend.

We contacted Safelock Locksmiths in New Milton on 11/1/24 as our kitchen door wouldn't open / shut or lock properly . Brilliant service. I needed a new key cut and coded for my car. Quote was a third of what the main dealer wanted and the service was second to none. I like the fact that my new key is actually better than the original. I would highly recommend this business for all your lock and security needs. Well stocked shop as well. Super friendly, realistic pricing. What's not to like. I needed a second key for my motorhome. Fiat wanted in excess of £300. Martin wanted £60. This is for a key with a chip embedded in it and is not something all key cutting places can do. Well Wessex can do it because it is not just a key cutting place though that is certainly on the menu. No, this is a proper locksmiths, the like of which are few and far between. If you are in this part of the world and need keys cut, door locks, safes etc etc. This is where you should head. So grateful to Martin.

I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. I wasn’t charged a call out fee which I was grateful for. He said he was going to try and find out some more info and would call me back, which he did a couple of hours later. I recently used Keytek to come and replace a remote key on my daughters first car,as it wasn't working. I tried to fix the problem myself by ordering a new key housing online,but it didn't wwork. I phoned them in the morning and they came out very quickly. Lee sorted the problem with a new key,which is more robust than the old one. I would highly recommend them as they were very professional and knew what they were doing.

I was referred to Key Tech by another locksmith company that wasn't able to help. Dean was very swift in getting back to me and I was booked in within minutes. Lee was able to cut and code my spare key for my Smart ForTwo 451 and he was very patient with the tight space he had to work with. No trouble at all for him. He explained and showed me the process on his equipment and did a full run through using both keys to show all functions working perfectly. Ideal aswell as very local to me and they could either come to you or I could go there. I opted for the latter.
