I visited Tom today at his workshop in Poole for my cargo bike Security and he was very professional and reasonably priced in the work he undertook. I will definitely be recommending do not hesitate to use this guy.

Very happy with Toms work to replace my water damaged van key today. Prompt and professional service with the replacement key fob in stock and ready to go. The whole process took about 15 minutes for the price quoted. Nice, polite and friendly chap with a clean and tidy workspace at his unit. Very impressed. Will recommend.

Tom was incredibly helpful on the phone, he is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to help diagnose the fault on the phone, to rule out the need for my keys to be reprogrammed. Excellent service.
