UPDATE: Steve and Ben came on time and did a good job of replacing a washing machine and dishwasher plus removal of a larger freezer. Both were very positive and efficient which made the whole experience a joy.
The team at Keymex were exceptional; providing recommendations, helpful opinions (on price and performance) and were very patient. I found their prices to be super competitive, and you can get hold of people directly, rather than a call centre.
Their delivery team were also excellent - making the extra effort to get our American fridge freezer into the house.

Buying a replacement washing machine is something we only do a few times in our lives and with help from the staff I was confident I was buying a machine correct for my application and quite unusual installation.

Delightful telephone customer service - professional, friendly and patient considering it was a busy Saturday in the showroom. Team member Phil looked up product details regarding my washer/dryer - problem solved and phoned me back within 3 minutes to resolve a tricky situation with a tight timescale.
