Our extractor fan needed replacing and our dishwasher inspecting - the new fan was installed efficiently and is working perfectly and Brandon was honest and very helpful about the dishwasher, which we will need to replace due to discontinued parts. I called Stanley as I'd tripped something putting in my new washing machine. They said they'd be happy to come out, but I should check for an isolation switch and change the fuse first. Found it changed the fuse, job done. So this review is a 5 Star because they could have easily taken my money, but they didn't. I will certainly be calling them again in the future.

Martin is very reliable,trust worthy, and he clearly takes pride in the job. Whilst he was here installing some thermostats for me, he also noticed my extractor wasn’t working properly, fixed my broken plug socket and even did some emergency plumbing which really got me out of a sticky spot just before Christmas. Martin came to repair my oven hood extractor fan which he'd did and also advised us to maintain with new filters and disks which he kindly said he would fit at no extra charge. Contacted Phil at Vital Phase regarding issues with swapping my existing light for a pendant in our new nursery after some concerns about the safety of the original way the ceiling rose had been wired. Phil was able to quickly diagnose what the issue was over email and then was able to find time to come round within the week to correct the original issue and fit the new pendant for a fair price. After having first used Vital Phase last year to fit a new electric hob and bring a dead plug point back to life I was more than happy to use them again and am very happy that I did! All in all would highly recommended.

I'm currently carrying out a full renovation on my flat but needed a hand removing the old fuse boards and installing an up to date fuse board for all the new wiring. So i gave Omega Electrical a call and well the images speak for themselves. The new fuse board has been neatly installed, tested and signed off and happy to say all is working perfectly. I contacted WES for an estimate and quote for a replacement storage heater. I chose them specifically because they were local to my location. They responded very promptly and shortly after I was then booked in within a two-week appointment slot for a Friday. On the Thursday they gave me a heads-up that they had an engineer free for that afternoon, and if I'd like him to come around to do the job. The engineer turned up on time, was very professional and a gentleman. He did an excellent job on the installation, provided a new socket, cleaned up and gave a comprehensive tutorial on how to operate the heater. A week after, I received the invoice, paid and job closed. The overall service was particularly good and recommend WES indeed. A++++++++++++

I had my old Economy 7 Storage heaters replaced with Aeroflow Electric heaters on the 3rd October.
