Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, good value for money and exceptionally honest. I found this company on google and was a bit unsure as with any company I've found online before without a recommendation, but I sent over an enquiry and was surprised to see I had a prompt reply. After agreeing for work to be carried out Kroiy arrived on the day explained what to expect. Him and his colleague Worked exceptionally quick and with minimal disruption. Very tidy and very honest with charging for work carried out. Excellent value for money and great quality. Would definitely recommend and would happily use again. Kroiy was also available a few weeks later to help me with changing over some settings and called me within an hour of messaging him. Fantastic aftercare.

Kroiy recently completed outdoor lights on my mums property and did a fantastic job. He was extremely professional from the moment I asked for a quote to completion. Kroiy has been our electrician for around two years and him and Harley have done so much work for us, from fitting a lamppost, indoor and outdoor lighting, fixing work from previous tradesmen, to even putting our Christmas lights up. It’s really hard to find reliable and professional tradesmen who are also kind and honest. Kroiy standards are so high and with electrics it’s really good to know we’re in safe hands with him. What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Luke and his team came to fit some new light fittings and sockets. The work is impeccable and very neat. While they were here, they also inspected the electrics and advised me of a flaw from the previous owner which we were unaware of, potentially saving us from damage in the future. These guys are great communicators and very reliable, I will be booking more work in the future and would recommend 100%.

Needed a big rush job and Bilwire delivered on every aspect. Team were all very friendly and professional. Great workmanship and left everything clean and tidy. Later noticed that a socket wasn't working and they came straight out to rectify it. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Had a power cut in the house and phoned a couple emergency services didnt manage to get help until I reach out to Binal, he was extremely helpful over the phone.and he was ready to come out immediately on a Sunday evening 9 pm. with his expert guidance he was able to identify the problem and help me resolve the problem over the phone . Abdullah and the team have been fantastic from day 1. AK Electrical Services were recommended to me by a colleague and I'm so glad they were! Originally we called them out to change a consumer unit in a property that hadn't been updated since the 80's. Unfortunately the property needed a full rewire with how the electrics had been altered over the years, but Abdullah and the team explained the whole process step by step, really showing the value of their service. Finding a good tradesman is hard, but I think I found an electrician for life! I've already recommended them to 2 colleagues and a next door neighbour. You will not regret getting these guys in.

Great service from AK Electrical Services. We lost power to the kitchen sockets at around 09:30pm and needed a expert to find and rectify the fault, looking online we found AK Electrical Sercives and gave them a call, we were given advice as to what the problem likely was and offered to come out straight away however we were able to temporarily use a extension to keep the essentials on and booked in for the following day. On arrival the next day they got to work straight away being very thorough and professional with the fault finding and was able to locate and fix the issue in short time whilst giving great advice regarding our outdated wiring and fuse box. Very happy with the work carried out and will be my first contact should any electrical work need doing in future. Thank you AK Electrical Services.

I am so impressed with the team. Office staff so helpful and the men who carried out the work first class. Had a lot of old norweb wiring removed and they reconnected everything and tested.
