I have used Hawkley electrics several times for relocation of lights, installation of spotlights, outside security lighting and a full wiring of a loft conversion and kitchen involving the wiring for new sockets and lighting. Always professional and complete work to a high standard as well as listening to what it is you require and advising what works best according to your budget.

Called Luke at L W Electrical and he came out as arranged and on time. Fitted a new outside light in half an hour and was totally professional and explained the problems with the malfunctioning light. Very polite and courteous and respectful of our property. I put off replacing the terrible kitchen lights this house came with because I assumed it would be expensive. Late last night they went wrong and I messaged several local electricians here and on Yell, only two replied. The other one insisted he would only fit a light he supplied, which wasn't the sort I wanted, would only be able to do one of the two and didn't give a time. The total quoted cost would have been more than 6 times what Craig charged to replace both units with the ones I sent my partner to get, which was also less than the lights themselves cost, and they werent expensive lights. Everything was arranged easily via the chat on Maps which was super useful as I had to be in the office today and couldnt make calls. It was all done before I got home and for the first time I can see properly in my kitchen. Excellent service, will be calling Craig for anything electrical I need in future.

We had a fault at 8 pm on Sunday. I messaged Ray, not expecting to get a reply until the next morning. He replied almost instantly, booked a time to come the next morning at 11, and turned up on time. Really nice lad, talked everything through, identified the fault, and had us back up and running. Really reasonable charge as well. Top bloke, highly recommend. We've certainly found the spark we will use for everything going forward now.

I have had afew jobs done by Ray & i am always over the moon with his work! He is friendly, hard working & what i love more is he explains what needs doing & also explains what he is doing during the job. I find this is a massive positive as you know what is going on & you know he is doing his job correctly plus very professional! This is just one of the jobs he has done plus fit new lights under my kitchen cabinet, Fitted a security light & Extra double plug in my beauty room! Rang Friday evening, came out Saturday morning to replace a switch for my boiler as I was without hot water (on his day off!). Quick, professional and great value for money. Could not recommend more.

I used Joule Electrical to fit a new outside light, additional garage lighting and replace some existing light fitting. Adrian is very meticulous to detail and made sure that I was happy with each part of the work before he completed. He never tried to rush any part of the job and made safe works that others had left, keeping me well informed each time he found an issue. After completing the works he made sure that I was completely happy with each part the installation, talked me through everything that he had done. After completing he made sure the house was left clean and tidy. The finished works were to the highest of quality and the cost more than reasonable for the amount of time spent. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be using his services again.

I have used Sure Electrical Services Ltd. (formerly known as Sam Electrical Services Ltd) for a small but difficult job, after being personally introduced to them by a good friend, who is a technical Director of a big European Company. My friend showed me the vetting and quoting process they had to go through to get the their business, as my friends company is trading on the market. As I didn't want to have any insurance issues, I checked with NICEIC, (the body that monitors and ensures the qualification of Electrical Engineering work) and find them to be fully qualified. Excellent job, I would highly recommend them

He fixed my burnt out shower pull cord in no time at all and gave me advice on how to fix some other problems I had. With his advice I had all the jobs done that day. EV charging installation. Will answered my initial enquiry really quickly and arranged a visit for quotation and to plan the cable run the same day. He advised me of where to make my purchase for the best price and came to do the fitting the day after arrival. Will worked confidently and efficiently. No mess was made at all. I’m really pleased with the fitting. It looks like it’s always been there and despite floor boards being lifted and cables run, everything looks as it were before works were started. Very pleased. Ricky fitted our Zappi Ev charger . I just bought an all electric car and knew nothing about chargers . Ricky was great and explained everything very clearly and did a great installation. Very professional, friendly and just a great guy .Would highly recommend to anyone wanting an EV charger installing or just electrical work in general .

If you're after any sort of advice on EV chargers and installs then Ricky is your man. I rang Ricky originally to get a quote based on being let down by another company back in Jan. Being nearby, Ricky promptly came to the property to do an initial audit and investigation as to whether my existing equipment was suitable - he also ran through several chargers and pointed me a reccomendation on what to have with no pressure to buy or have a specific model - he even stated I could go away and buy my own - in the end I went with the brand-new Apex charger from ProjectEV. After booking in shortly after, Ricky attended the property and it was all systems go - the install was quickly done, tested and I was shown in detail how to use the accompanying app along with a test charge to show me it fully working. Ricky's amazing service doesn't stop there though. A few days later, I thought there was a fault with the charger but even so, he was immedately responsive in having a look and even offered to come out of his way to have a look! Turns out it wasn't a fault at all. All in all, I highly reccomend Ricky. He's prompt, professional and does a cracking job looking after his clients. 5 stars.
