Steve responded quickly to my phone call and came out that same day. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour, doing a final check through to ensure everything was sound. Fast, friendly and efficient. Would recommend.
Top service arrived within 30 minutes and identified the fault by thoroughly checking all circuits. Good price would be very happy to use him again.

Both Ellie and I have sent messages via text, WhatsApp and email without reply. On the 23rd we paid a deposit amounting to £1500 so I hope you understand we are concerned not to hear from you despite having daily communication the day before paying the deposit. I'm trying to be patient as I know you have other jobs to do but the builders need to finish plastering and we have wires poking out of the walls. I have attached images so you can take a look at the unfinished work Even if you don't have time to come over we would appreciate a reply so we can understand what to do with the wires, etc and when you can come to finish the job.
