Chris came to add a new socket for me in the living room. He had to take up the floor boards and create a new hole in the wall for the socket. He was extremely tidy, and left no mess at all. He was also very courteous and I would 100% recommend. Thank you.

Communication with Chris & Josh was excellent. We weren't in a rush but we were fitted in quickly. Josh replaced a light switch, a double socket and fitted a new pendant light for us. He was friendly, quick and efficient in his work. Took less than an hour and charged us a reasonable price for the work. We were reccommend them by our local what's app group and will certainly use them again for any future needs. Thanks guys!

Had them to fit electrics in extension earlier this year, very efficient and professional.Great guys ! This morning, I had an issue with the my electrics , totally unrelated to their work. What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Joe was recommended by one of my friends. We recently had a kitchen extension completed and Joe was our electrician from start to finish. We had a whole new circuit including spotlights in the kitchen and spotlights in the soffits outside and they look 10/10. Always on time and very tidy lads. Not a single complaint from us. I didn't catch the work mans name but he came to my pub before I opened up. He was very thorough with his work very polite n friendly. He even went the extra mile and changed me another light bulb because I don't know what I'm doing and wasn't sure if it was a normal light bulb or not. I will definitely recommend this company x

We contacted Luke to tidy up the electrics for our heating system for the house. We had a number of issues resulting from the work of poor tradesmen that left us with no control over house heating and no way to heat water. We have a condenser boiler that is controlled by a Nest thermostat. I must say, Luke did an incredible job troubleshooting the issue, working systematically and taking time to understand the setup and identifying the root cause, which was definitely not obvious. 5 stars well deserved!
