Mark came and fixed an alarm that had already been installed but the original electrician was struggling to get to the bottom of a fault I was having with it. Mark has the patience of a saint, it took hours to rectify but he wasn’t going to leave until my alarm was fixed and working. He’s a really genuine guy, and clearly cares about what he does. I highly recommend him. Very polite and tidy.

Just wanted to say how very pleased we were with the job Mark did for us in fixing our shower. He was very professional, nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely recommend him. Very very pleased with the service, we would highly rate him, definitely a five star service.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Dealing with Fusion was straightforward. The office staff were polite and helpful and did everything they could to get my work completed promptly. The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted. Excellent service, fast, honest and knowlegable. He even rang me that night to check everything was OK (which it was). I would thoroughly recommend.

Jim and his team installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom. It was a neat, clean and fuss-free process for a great price. They even worked around faulty hardware to give us a working solution, before returning to fit a replacement, with no extra charge. 100% reccomended.

Excellent service and very responsive. I needed support for a lighting repair at my elderly and frail parents-in-law. Colin fitted them in at the weekend and this was also one week ahead of his original plan, as he had a cancellation he was able to offer me. He knew the technical solution necessary and was able to fulfill the work required - apart from some impossible to access fittings that required a more major floor lift upstairs and we de-prioritised these in the short term. Above all else, Colin had the best PPE I have ever seen. A full pressure/filter-fed hood which is far better even than the carer staff use when they visit. He was very considerate and courteous and I would definitely use his service again.

Jamie came round really quickly to sort an urgent electrical problem with the boiler, which had left me without heating and hot water. He solved the problem very efficiently, communicated clearly and was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Seven Electrics.

I would thoroughly reccomend Seven Electrics. The have just rewired and replaced external wall lights and fitted new soffit lights on our house - using smart switches. Simon and Will were polite, hardworking and gave us a number of suggestions on how we could configure things. There were a number of challenges to acheive what we wanted due to existing wiring but they solved them all. They turned up on time always left the place tidy and the work was completed on time, even coming in a little below the quote!! Will definitely use Seven Electrics again.
