Always professional and complete work to a high standard as well as listening to what it is you require and advising what works best according to your budget.

I reached out to Stuart at GHE Electrical for a quote on a new extractor fan hood for our cooker, and received a prompt response with the quote. They provided both the supply and installation, arranging a date and time that was convenient for us. Two days before the scheduled appointment, I requested to add an additional service: installation of a light fitting in our conservatory. GHE Electrical accommodated this request without issue, seamlessly adding it to the job. On the day, the team arrived punctually. Both electricians were professional, friendly, and efficiently installed the extractor fan and light fitting. They completed the work with no mess, leaving the area spotless. Professional, punctual and friendly service. Mick Reeves arrived at the time arranged. He fitted my alarm with no damage to paintwork etc. He made sure my home was left clean and tidy. He explained in detail how the alarm system works and even installed and set up the app on my phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again if I needed any service’s that they offer.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Dealing with Fusion was straightforward. The office staff were polite and helpful and did everything they could to get my work completed promptly. The electricians who worked at my house were very friendly and respectful of my property and my needs. Their prices were fair and the billing was really clear. I would definitely recommend Fusion.

We needed a new sensor passageway light and,as the original installer seemed disinterested,contacted Lathom Electrical Contractors. Joe,who was friendly and chatty,fitted the new light. There was a minor issue (not the fault of Lathom Electrical) which Joe eventually (kindly) came out again to rectify,at the end of what had been a nightmare of a Friday for him! Dan communicated well,and seemed genuinely interested in customer service,unlike many tradespeople we've dealt with. From now on,when we need electrical jobs doing we'll be coming to Lathom Electrical Contractors!

Received a wonderful service today when I had an urgent electrical repair. Dave was quick to respond, he came to see the damage, picked up the part needed and installed it all within the hour. Dave was professional and friendly and I found the cost of the repair was very reasonable considering the urgent nature. I will be using the company again in the future, very happy with the service.

Dave came to an emergency call out when our power was out. He was here within half an hour of us calling him and had the power back on quickly. He returned two days later to fully resolve the issue. He was friendly, professional and informative. We will use him again and would reccomend to family and friends.
