I've had a new consumer unit installed and a number of circuits for wall sockets re-wired. Electric Works London have been extremely straight forward to deal with and it's been easy to get an engineer on site to quote for the job. the job itself was dealt with in a very professional manner and everything has been completed as pre-agreed to a very high standard. extremely happy with they whole experience.

I'm very happy with the service London Works provide. Easy to deal with both by phone and email. They made sure that I was notified when the electrician had a hard time finding the flat. I believe his name was Ali. Once there he started immediately and very friendly. While working he reached an obstacle that seemed serious but he found a way and came up with a great solution. Very heppy indeed.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

Outstanding service from Andrei and colleagues who installed a Joule unvented cylinder for me recently at very short notice. Jonathan was friendly and highly professional, he got all our new light fixtures set up efficiently and the pricing was fair. I cannot recommend SafeZone enough. I had numerous quotes before carrying out a complete rewiring project on my 2 bed flat in Ealing; not only were SafeZone the cheapest (or nearly, as there was one cowboy who didn't fill me with confidence), Jason was also extremely professional and personable when visiting and quoting the project. He provided a complete itemised breakdown, with a spreadsheet with unit rates for each item, so things were completely transparent and justifiable. After accepting the quote, SafeZone were able to provide a team of two for the first fix elements the following week - everyone else I spoke to made it feel like they were trying to move mountains to make a start. The gentlemen that arrived were very professional and did a great job from start to finish. All of the 2nd fix work was to a really high standard and any small snags were addressed straight away. I was so pleased with SafeZones service that I got them back again to carry out all the electrics on a garden room I built 6 months later. Again, the service was just as good, albeit a little more expensive (however, this is to be expected with prices of construction goods and services going through the roof over the last year!). All in all, SafeZone are a really honest, professional, and likeable company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Many thanks for all the good work. Michael Foley

Jason and Kyle are both knowledgeable and professional. They swapped out my old plastic CU for a shiny new metal one and planned and installed a new ring main and lighting in my new extension. It was all at a very fair price, they had great comms throughout and the work was all signed off and certs issued the next day. Most importantly they were honest, their work was to a fantastic standard and there were no hidden “extras”. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, the process of Solar panel installation was facilitated by the great work done by Safezone Electrical. All aspects of the work were handled by them from scaffolding and receiving the product at my front door and their quality of work was outstanding. I would recommend them highly.

The lads from Safezone helped me with an oven installation issue as John Lewis were asking for a lot of remedial work to install their new oven. A lovely guy called Billy came round to see what the issue was and to give me a quote for the works. He went above and beyond by helping me with a light fitting that had come loose in the kitchen on the day. The quote was resealable and Billy found that some of the remedial work JL were asking for was unnecessary so I asked Safezone to install the additional socket needed and to install the oven. Very happy with the high quality service and helpfulness of the Safezone electricians and will definitely be using them again.

We found TNS Electronics through Google, checked their reviews, and decided to give them a call to see if they could help. Taha and his team arrived within 10 minutes to address the serious issue. They tested the kitchen sockets and identified a loose neutral connection that was causing all the appliances to trip. Taha was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain the situation clearly as well. I highly recommend their services. If you're in the area, definitely consider giving them a call!

I cannot praise the TNS team enough for their work on my project. They did an outstanding job on the full electrical rewire of our house, and the entire team was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, with excellent communication throughout. The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

I can't recommend Tom (and his dad) highly enough. I called them based on a recommendation with what turned out to be a relatively minor issue. Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved. Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.

Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again. (Okay, maybe that’s going a bit far…but I love them).

Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.
