Fantastic service - courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did they arrive within 1 hour to central London but demonstrated their vast experience and found the fault straight away. Fixed things quickly, cleanly and calmly. Explained the process professionally throughout, and was lovely and friendly. Pricing clearly stated and honest. 10/10 would 100% recommend.

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

Aziz arrived on time and was very helpful and polite. He and his colleague fixed my bathroom light switch and installed 2x sockets just as I wanted and ensured everywhere was left tidy. Highly recommended and I will be using his services again.

I can't recommend Tom (and his dad) highly enough. I called them based on a recommendation with what turned out to be a relatively minor issue. I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

We are delighted and relieved to have connected with SES Electrical Contractors, which has systematically sorted out a number of overdue issues with electrical installations including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems and most recently adding motion-sensor lighting for the communal staircase. The managing director, Byron Sanders, went the extra mile to ensure that this latest installation was the best it could be. Byron visited us to help diagnose a fault we've been having with our oven. He was courteous, efficient and communicative throughout explaining his findings in an easy to understand way. He has provided consistently excellent service in the past helping us diagnose a problem with the electrics of our boiler over the phone and assisting in the sourcing and installation of a range hood. I can’t thank Byron and the SES Electrical Contractors team enough! After waking up to no electricity in the house, I spent hours calling other electricians but couldn’t find anyone available. Thankfully, I was recommended SES Electrical, and from the moment I spoke to Byron, the service was amazing. He kindly offered to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before arranging a visit, patiently guiding me through a few steps and helping me resolve the issue myself! Benjamin responded promptly to sort out an emergency loss of power late on a very cold day. He was able to isolate the problem caused by some building work and restore our heating. I was impressed by the logical way he worked through the various possibilities to locate the fault. He visited again to repair the break in the lighting circuit, without damaging the ceiling. He also lengthened the main cable, in preparation for a smart meter being fitted. He communicated well with us, explaining exactly what was needed at each stage. His assistants Matt and then Nick were polite and efficient too.

Outstanding service from Andrei and colleagues who installed a Joule unvented cylinder for me recently at very short notice. Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Excellent Commercial electrician. They have identified our electrical fault within 15 minutes although we do have a very complex and modern heating system combining signals from Daikon and Crestron. We are strongly recommending the engineer called Nasser, who has an expertise with hearing interchange units (HIU) and an advanced heating technology.
