I have called on Certified Electricians London Ltd three times now and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment I contacted them, the communication was prompt, professional, and clear. After sending photos or short videos via text message or WhatsApp to help diagnose my issues, they scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time on each occasion. I saw their van on my way to work one morning and took a photo of their contact details painted on the side. What fortunate serendipity that has proved to be! Marlowe, my electrician on all three occasions, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the electrical issue I had on the first two occasions. He took the time to explain what was happening and offered helpful advice on how to prevent future problems. On the third occasion he fitted outdoor sockets and fitted a new ceiling light. All the work was completed to a high standard, and he made sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. On top of the technical skills, I really appreciated how friendly, respectful, and tidy he was throughout the process. It's not every day that you encounter such great customer service alongside top-notch workmanship. I highly recommend David’s team at Certified Electricians London Ltd for any electrical needs and will definitely be calling them for future projects.

David did an excellent job of identifying the best spot for our plug and adding it in. I thought it was an excellent touch that the plug socket colour matched the rest of the flat. Will be using them again!

My experience using Certified Electricians was excellent. I had a fast response to my email enquiry regarding a replacement of an existing broken shower unit. David was extremely helpful and able to advise me on a suitable replacement. I was booked in for an appointment within a couple of days which suited me perfectly. Marlowe arrived on the day and got straight down to work. As well as being very personable, he was clearly very competent and knowledgeable, so I felt very confident in the quality of his work. I'm happy to have found Certified Electricians and would not hesitate to use their services again, as well as recommending to others. Excellent, trouble-free installation of solar panels. The engineers were lovely; explained everything. At the end there was no sign that they had been here. All mess cleared up and all surfaces cleaned and made good.

PSC installed our solar panels and batteries a couple of years ago. They were courteous, punctual, and provided excellent service. Recently, we decided to add more batteries to our system. I spoke to Phil on Monday afternoon, and by lunchtime on Wednesday, the batteries were installed! The engineer remained friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommend using PSC.

I’ve used PSC many times for a number of domestic and commercial electrical pieces of work (including installation of solar panels). They communicate well (from office to onsite) are always professional, prompt, experienced and lovely to have around. They are not the cheapest and wouldn't expect them to be given the high quality of service and work carried out - the cost is well earned - You get what you pay for! Highly recommend and I will continue to have them as my No 1. electrical contractors for years to come. Great service from top man “Phil”, all office staff and the team on site. Brilliant.

We had solar panels fitted by PSC electrical in September, and were really pleased with them. Phil was very prompt, communicative and professional when doing the survey and giving us a quote. Everything moved quite quickly which was a pleasant surprise as we had believed from other suppliers that there were delays in the supply chain. Tom and the installation team were polite, tidy and very professional. It took around 5 days in total (working round us being on holiday and scaffolding having to go up and come down). This was slightly longer than we initially expected but I understand our roof tiles were tricky. The team went above and beyond to make sure any chipped tiles were replaced and matched the existing ones. Central office communication was great, we were informed promptly when the installers were running late one day due to an emergency call-out, and the scaffolding was all arranged with no issues. Panels themselves have been working well since Sept, producing loads during October which was unseasonably sunny, and producing a decent amount even over winter. Would definitely recommend getting panels installed for cost and carbon reduction.

Genuinely incredible, I wish I knew his shop existed before! Within 10 minutes of calling, he'd set to work on fixing what Halfords couldn't. Lovely guy, great honest service - can't fault at all.

I completely cucked up my radio double din radio installation. I tried to do it via YouTube videos and needed to route wiring to a non-permanent power wire from the ignition. Best believe I went Halfords and they turned me away. My radio worked but even when the ignition was off it was clearly running from a live wire. Being a 2004 Vauxhall Astra there isn't enough video tutorials about the fusebox or harnesses. I drove to Holloway's on a whim and he took the time to teach me about how I messed up. And on top of that actually repaired the electrics. My radio is officially installed. Plus he balanced this impromptu repair between 3 appointments and was still available for me. He even installed the microphone behind the glovebox for me so now it's officially hands free. I couldn't be more grateful for the support he gave me. And he has a lifelong customer - also he does MOT. It's one of those places that you'd drive past and never know existed. Thank you Ray!

Such amazing guys at Holloway. I called on Monday after getting an MOT fail after being let down by another mechanic, and the guys managed to get my car repaired and passed on the MOT within a couple days. Such an honest company with great prices and even told me the headlamps didn't need to be polished after being told on the previous MOT they did. Gained a lifelong customer, always going to go back to this place for my MOT

Fixed my Audi TT's door electric issue. Ray Suggested few options for the repair. Job done professionally. Ray polished my car scratches which I didn't request him to do so. *With no extra cost* These day really hard to find anyone who serving customer Honestly and integrity, and not having their mind on "Money always comes First". Recommended to everyone. And I have got my MOT booked for next month. Another happy customer review.

I've used London Electrical Solutions Ltd a number of times for work at two rental properties. They are nice people to work with. They are reliable, straightforward, no fuss. The office and the electricians are good to deal with. You always get a response when making an inquiry and they are flexible and I always feel they want to help, to a good job and offer a good service. You get a job card for work completed and everything is clear and transparent on invoicing. No pressure from them. They are my first call for electrical matters at the properties.
