I was treat by Nabihah and her assistant (sorry I didn’t get her name) today. Although the appointment ended up being extended because they accommodated me and the issues I had, the experience was 10 out of 10. I do have a bit of a phobia for things including dentists! Both professionals made me feel much more relaxed than I usually feel, they were very caring and reassuring. Overall, a completely satisfactory and encouraging appointment. Thank you to both of you for your professional service.
Jane is very efficient and approachable on reception. Dentist Rebecca and her assistant were very professional at sorting out my dental problem and making me feel relaxed during the process
Been a patient here for about 15 years and the service is world class. Dr Tai is outstanding in his field and his customer service is just as impressive. The reception team are always professional and courteous.
Me and my family have been coming to this practice for some time now. And I've not yet had any problems so far. All I can say is in the years I've been coming. The staff are all friendly. And never had any problems with any treatment I've received.
