I went to this dentist after a recommendation on Facebook. I was a very nervous patient knowing I had a lot of work that needed doing. The dentist was so patient and kind and I felt she understood my worries and was very reassuring that she could help me. Excellent experience. Very glad I went here. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience today at Springfield Dental Clinic. I have booked dental hygiene with Sam and I was very pleased with the procedures. Sam and his colleague made me feel welcomed, he explained everything to me beforhand and he also answered the questions I had. The outcome is even better than I expected, my teeth never felt more cleaner, they definitely look whiter! I am looking forward to my next visit in 6 months.

I've been coming here for around 20 years and can't fault the service. Steve and Nga have built a brilliant team around them and make going to the dentists as good as they can! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I visited Springfield Guiseley today for a planned replacement filling . I don't usually feel this way, but I felt nervous about my pending treatment. I mentioned it to Oonagh and we discussed which part of the process was causing these feelings. I felt reassured, my anxiety reducing. After the local anaesthetic, I was almost asleep for the rest of the process! I didn't feel one second of pain or discomfort through any of it. I want to say a very big thank you to Oonagh & Anna, for what turned into a pleasant experience. You were brilliant as were Katie and Melissa on reception. I have been a patient at this practice for the over 30 years that I have lived in Guiseley. For most of that time Dr Kate Laidler has been my regular dentist. Kate combines excellent clinical sklls with genuine and consistent concern for my comfort and welfare. She explains treatment options in detail and answers clearly any queries that I may have. The other dentists who have treated me occasionally, the surgery assistants, the hygienists and the administrative staff have always been competent, courteous and helpful.

I have gone to One Two Three Dental my whole life and have always had a great experience. I had a tooth extracted today by Kate Laidler - who is the dentist I have always had - and it was a really easy and smooth experience. It was my first tooth extraction and it was a virtually painless process. I would highly recommend One Two Three Dental and Kate especially.

I've been using OneTwoThree Dental for years now and have always been happy with my treatment. In the last 5 years Dr Kate Laidler has been my dentist and is both expert and great at explaining what's going on and helping me manage different procedures. It's why I travel 45 minutes each way for my dental care! Highly recommend

Numair Moosa is the most dexterous dentist I have ever come across. I chose not to get anesthesia since I'm petrified of needles with a filling that was fairly deep but I didn't even feel a pinch, need I say more ? He's very personable and the only dentist I ever agree to see. Would highly recommend him !

I thoroughly recommend Mr Chan. Searching for a dentist that would provide appropriate treatment led to me having expensive initial consultations with five different dental clinics. I was told in these clinics that I would need implants, however I felt this was unnecessary and thankfully Mr Chan managed to replace the crowns on my four upper front teeth. These new crowns look great, they will last for a long time and they were cheaper than the implants. Mr Chan is a fantastic exponent of restorative dentistry, and the only place I would go if I needed further treatment."

Mr Chan is the kindest dentist I have ever met, as a nervous patient he has always been extremely reassuring, I totally trust him and his dentistry is outstanding. The hygienist is also the best that I have ever seen and I feel totally safe in her hands. All the staff are highly skilled in their interactions and care of patients and are always very professional

I am a dental patient of Mr Chann and have been for a while now. I can honestly say if you are nervous about visiting the dentist then don't be. This dental practice is so friendly, you feel totally relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. The professionalism of all the staff is exceptional. The quality of the work I have received has been outstanding!! The cleanliness of the surgery is to an extremely high standard. I would not think twice about recommending this practice to anyone.

A great service. Needed a specialist opinion and possible surgery on a worrying gum recession and received terrific detailed, clinical advice from James Chesterman, as well as accommodating an appointment at fairly short notice. If ever I need dental treatment outside of my dentist’s scope, I’ll be straight back to these. Excellent dentists.

The team are amazing. Receptionist Michelle is very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. I have always found the lovely hygenist to be thorough, skilled and very gentle.she has restored my faith that cleaning need not mean cringing! Dental surgeon Nik has provided me with exactly the results I want. His calm reassurance and expert clinical skills are second to none. Well worth a visit!!

Since moving to Ilkley a few years ago we have tried a couple of other local dentists but we were never fully satisfied with their services. Since registering with The Burley Dental Suite we have been impressed by them and even our son looks forward to his checkups now! The whole team are friendly, knowledgeable, and always put us at ease. Our checkups and treatments have always been done professionally and efficiently, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dental practice in the area.

Phil as always was very thorough and professional and explained the necessary treatment well, even though the treatment plan was changed at the last minute. Both Phil and the dental nurse were very considerate of my needs and anxiety and did all they could to help. I was very pleased to receive the aftercare email on arriving home.

Being a nervous patient when it comes to dentists(due to childhood experience). I was recommended by a family member who goes to the practice. I was NOT in the least bit nervous when I arrived at the practice. I was given a very warm welcome by the reception team. The dentist was lovely, explaining absolutely everything. His Dental nurse was very efficient and very reassuring when I had to have xrays as I can't usually manage them. I have to say the WHOLE experience was very good. My hygienist appointment was good also. Everyone was lovely and explained everything. All the information I needed was printed out and also emailed to me. A HUGE THANK YOU to EVERYONE from the reception team to the dentist,hygienist and the dental nurses.

I had an appointment with Owen today, he is always very polite, professional and friendly. He always shows an interest in my wellbeing and explains in great detail what dental work is required. Chloe the dental nurse and Owen make a great team. I have been going to Ilkley Dental Care for many years and due to his care and consideration I would not dream of going to another dentist even though it's a 34 mile round trip for me. Well Done Owen and thank you!

Excellent Service and Highly Recommended! The staff special Sofia was incredibly welcoming and professional, the dentist was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I truly felt like I was in good hands.

An overall very positive experience at nu dental. Staff are friendly, helpful and always happy to answer any questions. Lovely clinic with warm friendly and cosy vibes. The treatment suites are not scary looking or intimidating! For once I feel safe and confident about my dental treatment. Lauren was very friendly, kind and attentive. She answered all my questions in a very nice way and didn’t rush me as was the case - unfortunately - with my precious dental clinic!

Great service from Bupa Guiseley. From booking in with Maggie who was so helpful, to having a lovely welcome from the reception ladies and a great, friendly appointment with David the dentist. The team were brilliant with my children too, really pleased we joined. Nice to have up to date technology used too! Overall would highly recommend.
