I recently visited VICI dental and had the pleasure of being treated by Amy and Kelly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. Amy was incredibly thorough and gentle during the cleaning, taking the time to explain each step and answer all my questions. Their expertise and attention to detail made me feel completely at ease. Kelly was equally impressive, providing support with a warm smile and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Their teamwork and professionalism were evident, creating a positive atmosphere that made my experience enjoyable. I left feeling not only cleaner but also more informed about my dental health. An absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Sadie & Hannah are both wonderfully friendly, polite yet professional. Lucy my dentist for today was exceptionally caring with a 'second to none' expertise of flair & a 'true bedside manner' towards her approach in every way. I cannot wait to call in again. Just wanted to leave a quick review. I was initially very apprehensive with the change of management. However, since meeting Dr.Alisha as my new dentist, I have found comfort and contentment in her work. Her bedside manners are exceptional. Her professionalism, technique and care is remarkable. Dr Simi and the nurse (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!) did an amazing job fitting a crown. They took their time to make sure it was fitted properly and did a very professional job, it looks great. Dr Simi is so friendly and great at putting you at ease which is a fantastic trait in a dentist! Would highly recommend.

I have just visited the VICI dental practice today at Pudsey and had a crown removed as it need replacing after I broke it on an olive 😔. What a great experience my dentist was great all the time I was there, keeping me informed every step of the way. What a lovely dentist she is and it didn’t hurt at all. I’m due to return in 2 weeks once my replacement crown is ready. Look forward to seeing you soon. Andy
