A genuinely lovely bunch of gals, from the dentist and assistants to the receptionist. Prices are quite reasonable and options are explained clearly. Being able to see a 3D scan of your teeth is really cool too which you get with your checkup. I'm very happy I chose Smiles.

Recently moved to Leeds so choice of dentist was random but I couldn’t be more delighted with my choice. The staff are very friendly, efficient, professional and welcoming.I recently required emergency treatment and the staff could not have been more accommodating; even to the extent of giving me two appointments on the same day to fix the problem. Dr Gill has given me three fillings. I was really nervous about them but she was very reassuring and the process was smooth and stress free. Hilary, my wife, having her bottom set of teeth done, from extracting the remaining teeth to having a new denture made and fitted. We’re now at the fitting stage, and it’s all gone well. Hopefully getting the final fitting in ten days time. Dr Mahmood has been great, as was the lady at the lab, who was helpful and lovely (can’t remember her name, but she’s Polish!). I have been attending the practice for 18 years and every visit the care and attention has been second to none. I unfortunately had an accident with one of my front teeth. I rang the practice straight away around 3pm and they managed to ensure I had an appointment the same day! Catherine was very reassuring and the work she did was exceptional, I couldn’t thank her enough for the repair she has done to my tooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have been a patient at this practice for over 25 years. My young children are now both patients (one of which needed a tooth extraction today) and Dr Fisher was so amazing with my daughter putting her at ease. I got referred by 111 as I was having terrible toothache and couldn’t be seen by my own dentist. Within 45 minutes of the call to 111 i was seen and treated at Genix. Diana and Grace were the two ladies I was treated by. My problem was explained and I was given a choice of treatments and chose to save the tooth and in return I was treated there and then. I took my daughter for some dental treatment here and was seen by Haley who was wonderful and explained what she was going to do and how. What all the instruments do and was brilliant talking with her throughout putting her at her ease. She left a happy little girl not fearing the dentist.

I went to see Hayley for airflow based on a recommendation. My gums were bleeding and quite sore, Hayley was really thorough with talking through the treatment and how to avoid this in the future. My teeth are completely transformed, I’m not getting pain anymore and they’re a lot whiter too. I’m booking back for 6 months time.

Had really bad toothache and headache which turned out to be a horizontal fracture Mr and Mrs Malach and Julie the receptionist gave me a slot at the end of the day which I believe was after their closing hours! Always so helpful and sympathetic towards the needs of their patients, Tim is absolutely fantastic, the wonderful lady on reception (apologies, I’ve forgotten her name) is always really helpful and will do her utmost to find an appt that is suitable.
