Had a check up today,the practice was very busy.The receptionist(Sam?) dealt with everybody in a calm and lovely manner,saw Antonio the dentist he is gentle and efficient,didn't need any work done today,a good experience all round.

All of the staff were exceptional in their roles. Lead receptionist Sam was friendly, welcoming and very informative when explaining the difficulties which the practice was experiencing in trying to recruit NHS dentists. Her advice gave reassurance that patients would be looked after and contacted as soon as possible for future appointments. The dental nurse was very chatty, and I can imagine would put nervous patients at ease. The dentist was very thorough, explained the procedure to be done, and acted in a kind and totally professional way. I have received first class treatment from a first class team. Thank you to each and everyone of you. 26/7/2023. Again first class service, from a first class team. We are lucky to have such dedicated staff to care and advise everyone.
