As an incredibly nervous patient it’s taken me many failed attempts at finding a dentist that understood my fear. From the reception staff to the dentist that I saw, they were very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. I’m at the end of my treatment I can’t recommend this place high enough
My daughter was referred here due to her needing teeth removed and had always screamed and was so scared of the dentist! Today what I witnessed was just outstanding the amazing ladies that helped my daughter today made the whole thing a breeze and my daughter didn’t shed a single tear I was left gob smacked and reassured thank you so much.
My 15 year old had a tooth extraction under sedation yesterday. The dentists were so friendly and kind and he came out saying he’s over his fear of dentists. Couldn’t wish for nicer a dentist and dental nurse. We came from Hastings and the journey was worth it.
As someone terrified of the dentist, the experience was brilliant. I felt put at ease as soon as I walked through the door. The team were incredibly caring and fully understood my anxiety about the procedure. The aftercare in recovery was great. If you have anxiety or like me have taken years to get into the dentists chair I would highly recommend this team. Thank you for restoring my faith in the dentist community
