A recent incident required rapid attention. Natalie worked diligently to find me an early appointment to see Anand (best dentist in the world in my opinion). A temporary solution was effected immediately and options discussed for the longer term. The solution was an extraction which was done and all seemed fine but a subsequent visit to Alex the hygienist identified some inflammation. Anand was called in for an examination and prescribed antibiotics and a review agreed after two weeks. At the review minor work was done and all fine. Great teamwork by a very professional team. I noticed some negative comments posted regarding appointments but I must stress my experience was entirely positive.

Great practise, lovely staff and have kept my teeth in tip top condition! Have been coming here for many many years and always have positive things to say - recommend all of my friends :)

I know when some people go to the dentist they dread it. However I quite look forward to a visit to see Samantha, Sarah and Natalie at Burneston Dental, it's like seeing old friends! The practise is always welcoming and spotlessly clean. Always good advice (FLOSS!) and on the occasions when I have had to had a filling or a chip repaired the work has been done to a very high standard. The booking reminders via email are super helpful too. Could not recommend more.

I am more than happy with the result and as I came from Germany the treatment was equally good as I was used to, even very trustworthy in the treatment options and recommendations. I had long standing problems with my teeth and gums.I had my treatment all the time in Germany after initial bad experience with a Dentist in London. I am a Doctor in A E . When I worked in Guildford , I came to know about this practice and the Dentist Dr Shenbagavalli . Initially I was hesitant , but thought of giving a try ...it's probably the best decision I made to save my teeth and keep up my oral Hygiene. She was honest, competent and knowledgeable Dentist. She did not do procedures to rip me off monetarily... and the treatment was appropriate , meticulous and excellent standard. The staff in the Practice are excellent . I thank every one of them. As a A E doctor, I know lots of people turn up in A E with dental problems, most of them had no access to a good , competent Dentist. I had my son booked in for an extraction at another practice in a few weeks time, but the tooth had started to really hurt so I called Guildford Dental Practice as I required an emergency appointment. They were able to fit us in promptly and I am so glad they did. Not only did they manage to fix the problem but they managed to do it without an extraction which the other practice had said was required. The dentist and her assistant were lovely and very nurturing in nature which put my son at ease. The work carried out was fantastic and I was really expecting to pay more for everything they had done. My son actually enjoyed his visit and wanted me to snap a picture for mum who could not make the appointment. I will be using your services again, thanks so much!

I am a patient here since 2017 and the practice together with the clinical team has given me from day one a feeling of trust and comfort. I tried this dentist following my wife’s recommendation. I needed emergency care after breaking a tooth and was able to get treatment on the same day. The staff and dentist were excellent. I have since had a crown done using some new 3d technology. Dr Alex Widera is highly skilled and always had my comfort as a priority. I would wholeheartedly recommend. As a mention they also have free parking right behind the practice which is really convenient.

I had 7 months Invisalign then whitening and a chipped tooth fixed and the transformation is amazing. My teeth were pretty awful and crooked and now look great so I'm dead happy. I found out I needed a root canal treatment having never had any form of dental work before. I was incredibly anxious, but shouldn’t have been as Andreas was completely fabulous. During my initial consultation appointment, he clearly explained to me what the issue was and exactly what my treatment options were. He was then able to fit me in first thing the following morning for the root canal treatment. I didn’t feel the anaesthetic injection and had absolutely no pain throughout the procedure. Both Andreas and his assistant were calming, kind, caring and very professional. I couldn’t have wanted for a better experience, and even asked Andreas if he could be my regular dentist from now on! The biggest “thank you” to Andreas and all of the Dene Lodge team - you’re wonderful, and really helped a very nervous patient.

Dr Dang is a breath of fresh air in the dentistry world. Always happy, smiling, approachable, putting me at my ease. I don't enjoy having dentistry work carried out but she makes it a joy to visit the practice and I know I am in very safe hands.

I was very nervous about having my tooth extracted, but the staff were kind and reassuring. Dr Mohsin O Ali put me at ease. He is clearly very skilled and managed to remove my tooth in a few minutes with no pain whatsoever. This is the best dentist I’ve been to. I won’t be so scared next time!

Very organised and hygiene practice. Amazing experience from start to finish. Dr Saeed is an very experienced doctor. Few month was working on my implant. I was so down as i lost my front tooth but he was so through very assuring that everything will be alright. Never had this experience in any dentistry . I wish there were more stars to give. The customer service here is amazing! There are a lot of dental issues in my family and the receptionist (thank you so much Alta!!) is the sweetest, most helpful, and accommodating receptionist I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. On many occasions they have gone above and beyond with understanding and compassion.

Just had a very effective visit here (dental work isn't usually fun!). We recently moved to Guildford and have been happy with Merrow Park Dental. I had two fillings done in less than 30 minutes. Both the dentist and his assistant were wonderful; professional and reassuring. My fillings were done very well; they took a before-and-after picture and their work was very impressive.

Dr Milan is very kind, passionate about his job , explaining everything in details and with patience .In general every member of the team is very helpful ad friendly . Since Dr. Kumar took over the practice the quality of service has gone up substantially. The previous practitioner that used to run the practice wasn't terrible, but there was always something small that left me unhappy. Both my wife and myself are very happy with this dentists :)

I needed an urgent intervention after hours for a painful toothache and got really lucky: a follow up appointment was necessary and everything was resolved within 5 days. I found Dr Kumar very professional, giving explanations before proceeding and having a steady hand and attention to my pain management. Her helpers were also professional, even though I suspect some of them were students being trained. I recommend this practice and will go again for follow ups.

Finding a good dentist in the UK can be challenging, but Sugi is the best for our family.

Sugi great, she advised Sensodyne toothpaste which made my teeth back to life. No previous dentists thought of it, details make the difference. A to z good surgery.
